Everyone was paid to attend. I thought the presenter did a great job of starting things out by asking everyone to write down what they saw as the issues. The presenter asked that everyone include any rumors that they had heard so that they could be confirmed or dismissed. This was done in an effort to stop rumors and to help people deal with issues in a manner that was healthy and effective. The day had a positive effect on most of the employees. It showed all of us that the agency cared about the issues and was willing to listen to them.
